How Does It Work?

First, you have a consultation with CNY. This will establish care with them, and you will obtain orders for your treatment.

Once your date for baselines has been established, you can book your first appointment at Sweet Pea Imaging. Your order can be uploaded upon checkout!

IF you need help booking, please contact us directly at (208) 615-4858.

You will arrive for your ultrasound appointment first & do labs afterwards, to keep things flowing smoothly on our end.

Once your appointment is over, we forward your exam to CNY & they will contact you around noon.

You will then get new orders with 3 dates on them for ultrasound monitoring. You can send the order to info@sweetpeaimaging.com or text it to (208) 615-4858.
We will get you booked, do your ultrasound and this will be repeated until you fly out!
FAQ
How many exams will I need for an FET?
A frozen embryo transfer usually consists of 3 exams.
How many exams will I need for a ER?
An egg retrieval usually consists of 4 exams.
What if I need more than what I ordered?
Sometimes this is the case! This is why we have a 6-exam package, to use as needed.
Can I use my order for multiple cycles?
Yes! Unforeseen circumstances can occur and cycles may be paused by CNY.
Can people come with me to my exam?
You're welcome to bring whoever, but note that these exams are done vaginally.
Is this a vaginal ultrasound?
Yes, for the best quality imaging we do vaginal ultrasounds. Unless otherwise ordered.
Should I do labs before or after my appointment?
After! This helps things at Sweet Pea stay on time. If you are late, but the next patient has arrived - they will be taken first.
Where should I go for labs?
I recommend going to Express Lab in Garden City - it's 7min from Sweet Pea Imaging!
Do I need an order before I book exam?
Yes! Your order is specific to your cycle & dates are listed on them to correlate accordingly.
Why do I need to keep having follicles checked after my retrieval?
We need to continue to monitor your body & its response to the treatment you were on. Ensuring your body is receptive for implantation. There are signs we look for in the ovaries & lining.
What if there isn't an opening on the date I need to be seen?
We can usually accommodate your needs, just give us a call! Otherwise, we offer the day before your needed exam time - which can also be cleared with CNY first.
What if I am bleeding heavily still?
Not a problem! Most baseline exams are done when we are still bleeding. We offer pads & liners, have restrooms on site and wet wipes at your disposal!
