What are your payment methods?

Our Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the entirety of your deposit fee will be retained.

 

We are happy to make accommodations for you, should you need to reschedule, as we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

 

Do I need to have a full bladder?

It is always best, especially if you're in the first trimester, to have a full bladder. No need to over fill, just stay hydrated as best as you can the day of and the day before. This will make seeing your little sweet pea much easier.

 

What happens if we can't find the heartbeat or something is wrong with baby?

As hard as this can be, we are prepared to share what we are seeing. If there is any concern you are responsible for going into the emergency room to obtain a diagnostic ultrasound.

 

How many people can come with me to my appointment?

You are welcome to bring as many people as you'd like, this is about your little one and we love sharing in that joy. Keep in mind that some people prefer to bring back their family only after they have had their moment alone first.

 

Can this replace my doctor’s visit?

No. This does not replace you being seen by your doctor or the treatment they provide.

 

What if I am too early to see anything?

Sometimes dates are off, and that's ok! We are happy to reschedule you, at no extra charge.

What if I have twins or multiples?

We love imaging twins and multiples! Since it takes additional time and detailed images are required, a small additional fee will be applied.

 

How should I prepare for the blood test for gender?

If you want next day results – Please schedule in the morning. Anything scheduled in the afternoon is subject to longer turnaround times. To prepare for your test, stay hydrated the day prior and drink a glass of water 1hr prior to your exam.
