Service Description

This appointment is for diagnostic ultrasound services requiring a provider order and a diagnostic read. Please upload your order / referral during your checkout through the portal or email it to our secure email at: info@sweetpeaimaging.com prior to your appointment. To help us prepare for your visit, please include: the type of ultrasound requested (example: OB Ultrasound, Pelvic Ultrasound, Fertility Monitoring, Venous Ultrasound, etc..) and any relevant clinical notes / instructions. Your appointment will be reviewed prior to your visit to ensure the appropriate exam type has been ordered. If additional information is needed, our office will contact you before your scheduled exam. Please note: Patients are responsible for providing a valid order prior to completion of diagnostic imaging. A provider order is required for all diagnostic ultrasound appointments. A non-refundable retainer fee is required at booking to reserve your diagnostic ultrasound appointment and will be applied toward your exam cost. Please provide at least 24hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of the retainer fee and require an additional fee to rebook. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24hrs notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. All ultrasounds are reviewed by a radiologist, and results will be available in your portal and sent to your referring doctor.
