Select this option if you are only needing one baseline ultrasound and are traveling for treatment / monitoring elsewhere. Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your appointment. The retainer goes towards the service total at the time of your scan. Cancellations / rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment result in the forfeiture of your full retainer.
